Consulting in Investment Project Design

Authorization of Foreign Projects

Chimconsult provides authorization services for foreign design projects intended for implementation within the Republic of Bulgaria. Before a project can proceed, it must undergo a thorough compliance review to ensure that all documentation aligns with Bulgarian laws, technical standards, and regulatory requirements.
As a licensed engineering company, Chimconsult is fully authorized to perform this assessment. Our team includes certified professionals with full design rights, registered with the Chamber of Engineers in the Investment Design (CEID) or equivalent bodies. We ensure legal conformity by issuing the required signed and stamped certification, along with proof of professional qualification, as mandated by national legislation.
This service is essential for the legal validation and implementation of any foreign project on Bulgarian territory, ensuring smooth permitting and risk-free execution.

Structural Design Compliance Review

Chimconsult offers technical compliance control services for Structural Design as part of investment project documentation at both the technical and detailed design stages. This service ensures that the structural section of the project meets all applicable Bulgarian regulations and standards before proceeding to construction or permitting.
The conformity assessment is performed under a separate contract with the investor and is conducted by our qualified structural engineers, who are officially authorized to perform technical control under Bulgarian law. Our experts are registered in the official list maintained and annually updated by the Chamber of Engineers in the Investment Design (CEID), as published in the Bulgarian State Gazette.
